Bungalow says it is based in Tampa, focuses on small business WordPress sites, and offers monthly maintenance plans. Andy is the name on client notes, and its hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Ask how many edits a month the plan covers, and whether a redesign keeps your current web address and pages.
Noble Webworks
- Address: Bradenton, FL 34203
- Phone: 941-752-7177
- Website: https://www.noblewebworks.com/
Noble Webworks serves Sarasota and Bradenton, says it has worked for over twenty years, and offers both custom and template sites on Shopify, Webflow and WordPress. It says plainly that “There is no magic formula for SEO.” Ask for the price difference between custom and template on your project, because the choice is a real option here.
Florida’s line between customized and prepackaged software
Florida Administrative Code Rule 12A-1.032 says “The charge for a customized software package is construed to be a service and is not subject to tax,” while retail sales of prepackaged software sold in tangible form are taxable. The rule is about software and does not mention websites, and bundling can change the answer. So put the question to the Florida Department of Revenue, or an accountant, if your project includes licensed plugins or a physical product. Asking each agency to itemize its quote will make that easier.
The Division of Corporations’ Sunbiz records are where to check a Florida company’s legal name.
Care plans and private quotes in Florida
Does Florida’s sales tax rule cover hosting and care plans?
The rule above doesn’t address them. Ask your agency how it bills them and whether it charges tax, then confirm with the Department or your accountant.
How do I compare agencies that all quote privately?
Write one page: goals, page count, platform, who writes copy, and budget range. Send it to two or three companies from the same city so that their answers line up.
Who to contact first in Florida
Enterprise and larger ecommerce brands can start with Digital Silk or FUZE. Bilingual small businesses in Miami have a direct match in WebDesign-Miami. In Jacksonville, a membership organization or a print-and-web client should call Fisher, a small practice can try Bright Green Path, and a company that wants a single marketing team can talk to Create Studios. Tampa-area owners can compare Burder and Bungalow, and Sarasota or Bradenton owners can begin with Noble.
Listings reflect each agency’s own home and contact pages as of November 2026, and we did not check their stated client counts or results. The list order is not a ranking.
